Diese EFB habe ich eigentlich für mich programmiert, da es für den FS2004 nichts vergleichbares gibt. Schon gar nicht im Aussehen eines Boeing EFB. Da ich im FS9 hauptsächlich die PSS 777-200 fliege habe ich mich im Design vom 777 EFB leiten lassen.
Nachdem ich ein Videos des Projektes in einem Flugsimulatorforum gepostet hatte mit der Bitte um Anregungen und Vorschlägen hat mich die sehr positive Reaktion doch ziemlich überrascht.
Deshalb habe ich mich entschlossen, das Projekt soweit auszuweiten, das es auch für andere Simulatorfans und Cockpitbuilder nutzbar wird.

I have programmed this EFB for myself actually since there is nothing comparable for the FS2004. I fly mainly the PSS 777-200 in the FS9. Therefore, I have guided me in the design of the real 777 EFB.
After I had posted a video of the project in a Flight Simulator forum asking for suggestions and proposals has rather surprised me the very positive reaction.
Therefore, I have decided to extend as far as the project that it is usable for other Simulator fans and Cockpitbuilder.
Grundsätzliches:
Das Programm ist nicht skalierbar, d.h., es kann in der Größe nicht verändert werden wie bei Windowsprogrammen üblich.
Die Auflösung von 768 x1024 / 1024 x768 ist fest vorgegeben. Das EFB ist ausgelegt, auf einem separaten (möglichst Touch)-Monitor, der um 90° gedreht ist, im Vollbild zu laufen. Es geht (bei registriertem FSUIPC und WideFS) auch über Netzwerk.
Das EFB kann natürlich auch auf dem Monitor laufen, auf dem auch der Flusi läuft, dafür ist es aber eigentlich NICHT gedacht.
Ein installierter aktueller Adobe Acrobat Reader ist zwingende Voraussetzung, da das Programm auf die
DLL-Dateien zugreift. Der Adobe Reader muss jedoch nicht der Standardreader sein.
Important:
The program is not scalable, it cannot be changed in size as at in Windows usual.
The resolution of 768 x 1024 / 1024 x 768 is fixed. The EFB is designed for a separate (touch) monitor, which is rotated by 90 °, to run in full-screen. It also assumes (for registered FSUIPC and WideFS) network.
The EFB can run also on the FS monitor, it is but not actually intended. An installed current Adobe Acrobat is reader necessary, because BoEFB needs some Adobe Reader DLL. The Adobe Reader must be not the default PDF reader.
